Every year, countless skilled and passionate individuals leave Jammu & Kashmir in search of stability, recognition, and purpose. What began as a necessity has now become a norm a silent migration of youth, that drains not just talent, but also the dreams and possibilities that could have transformed our Jammu and Kashmir.
This questionnaire is intended to document demographic background, professional credentials, and the personal drivers influencing the decision to migrate outside the home state or country for employment opportunities. The information collected will support policy analysis, workforce planning, and socio-economic research.
